The hotel offered personalized in-room experiences, which made my stay feel unique and cozy.
I experienced delays in breakfast service, with items often missing and tables not being cleared promptly.

Charming common spaces, spacious room layout, attractive artistic decor
Odd room layouts could be improved!!! The 'do not disturb' signs are ineffective. The maintenance of single rooms falls short!!! A noisy environment with thin walls detracts from relaxation!!!

Dining Room Delightfulness
The hotel's communal spaces were charming, with beautifully curated art. Breakfast was a delightful spread, complemented by attentive staff ensuring everything was replenished promptly.
Unfortunately, my room's layout was peculiar, making it feel cramped. Plus, the view from the window left much to be desired, as it faced a cluttered area.

Do recommend for a brief retreat
Comfortable room, attentive staff, which made my stay delightful with quick access to secure parking on-site and a charming bar area where my group enjoyed relaxing evenings before heading to our rooms.
Could not be improved in any way.

The hotel is conveniently located near many of Palermo's attractions, making it easy to explore on foot. The cleaning staff were exceptionally polite and made my stay enjoyable. I appreciated the comfortable bed in the Classic Single Room with French Bed, which helped me rest well after my sightseeing adventures. Although the breakfast offerings were quite basic, I found something to satisfy my morning cravings. it was a decent stay for a solo traveler like me.

missingWrote a review on 03 Aprcozy roomquiet neighborhoodconvenient locationthin walls
The Classic Single Room offers a cozy yet compact atmosphere, perfect for solo travelers needing a place to recharge. The location is a chill, residential area, light on traffic yet just a short walk from the Lolli train station, making it easy to move around town.
The single rooms left much to be desired, feeling more like a basic dorm than a four-star stay, complete with poor maintenance and a lack of decent Wi-Fi. Many of the tables during breakfast weren't cleared, with a limited selection of food, particularly noticeable during busy periods. it felt like there wasn't enough preparation for the crowd. the sound insulation was lacking, making it difficult to escape noise from the corridor and adjacent rooms.
